Ledger status — reconciled 2026-08-16

Status: In Progress; high priority; started 2026-06-18. Lead: Brent V.
Current work: the core product and monetization decisions are moving: ENG-162 (free cut list) and ENG-123 (Pro plan) are Done, and ENG-46 (RevenueCat entitlements) is recorded Done. Manual-testing fixes ENG-144–ENG-160 are largely Done. Remaining work includes standalone cut lists (ENG-165), RevenueCat sandbox/live configuration (ENG-164), tools/accessories design drift (ENG-150), currency audit (ENG-143), and several product/design decisions.
Next step: resolve the product decisions that gate implementation—cut-list inventory matching (ENG-17), material-editor semantics (ENG-10/ENG-12), and Home timeframe definitions (ENG-161)—then complete RevenueCat external configuration.
Blockers: ENG-17 and ENG-10 are explicitly blocked on product/data-model decisions; ENG-164 is blocked on external App Store/RevenueCat configuration. No target date is recorded.
