Current work: security and product hardening dominate the ledger. In progress: operator self-promotion risk (ENG-66), public calendar-feed exposure (ENG-64), the Tier 2 security review (ENG-54), Operator Insights (ENG-50), route-planning/day planner (ENG-26), and shared UI refresh (ENG-51 in review). Three high-priority security/quality fixes are recorded Done (ENG-60, ENG-61, ENG-62), alongside the Tier 1 data/money fixes (ENG-53).
Next step: close the in-progress security findings first, then resume the staged backlog: production-safe environment setup (ENG-115/ENG-116), notification delivery (ENG-102/ENG-112), and booking-flow improvements.
Blockers: no target date is recorded; several security findings remain in progress or backlog, and staging is not yet represented as deployed in the ledger.
